- I/We agree and accept the services provide by Nalanda Modern Public School at my/our request for payment of school fees through online mode.
- I/We have no objection whatsoever, to the Online Fee Payment System providing my/our receipt details to the School.
- While the School will take all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the payment details, I/We shall not hold the School responsible for any loss, damage, etc. that may be incurred/suffered by me/us if the information contained turns out to be incorrect.
- I/We agree that any disputes on Payment details will be settled by the online payment system and the School's responsibility is limited to provision of information only.
- I/We agree that we will make fee amount payments as required by the Online Fee Payment System. I/We will not hold the School responsible for the Online Payment System rejects the fee payment amount because of incorrect or incomplete entries.
- I/We agree that the record of the instructions given and transaction with the School shall be conclusive proof and binding for all the purposes and can be used as evidence in any proceeding.
- Nalanda Modern Public School does not charge any processing fee or service charge from the students for online payment. However, the students will have to pay the charges as applicable for the merchant banks.
- I/We agree that the School is at liberty to withdraw at any time the Online Fee Payment System, or any services provided there under, in respect of any or all the account(s) without assigning any reason whatsoever, without giving me/us any notice.
Nalanda Modern Public School believes in helping its students & their parents as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation & refund policy.
UNDER THIS POLICY:
- Requests for cancellation of admission shall be lodged by parents in writing addressed to principal and shall be submitted in school office for seeking refund in the following cases:
- Refund of amounts wrongly deposited: Excess deposit of fees, double deposit of fee, fee deposited but not due will be refunded only after receipt of written request from parents in the office of Nalanda Modern Public School and after due verification from records.
- Adjustment of amounts wrongly/excess deposited: In case the parent wants the adjustment of the amount wrongly/excess deposited in subsequent quarter, a request in writing shall have to be made and submitted in school office along with the proof of excess deposit.
- Refund of any other amount not covered by the foregoing paragraphs will be considered only on receipt of written request submitted to school office.
- If the transaction has declined due to any reason after debit of amount to be deposited from account of parents then in that case no refund is permissible.
- No refund of convenience fee shall be admissible.
